Being Teaching Fellow's representative at all Campus Wide meetings, conducting all Executive Council meetings, and keeping ASU TF in good standing with ASU and the NCTF board.

 

Vice President

Responsibilities:

Presiding over all committee chair meetings, regulating all interclub issues, and selecting all committee heads.

 

Secretary

Responsibilities:

Taking notes at all executive council and commitee chair meetings, and creating powerpoints for all upcoming meetings.

 

Treasurer

Keeping track of the ASU TF budget and bank account, regulating the incoming and outgoing transfers.

Fundraising

Keepin our money in check. Because you know its SO important! Our funds go a long way and the fundraising activities we do (such as the spaghetti dinner, parents night out, & t-shirt) would not be such a success without YOU!.

Public Relations

Document by video and/or pictures all TF events. Present videos for after the Freshman Retreat, Senior Farewell Dinner, and TF Open House

Keeping Tabs on what is going on in the LLC. Making sure all students' needs are being met.

 

Mentor

Choosing who the mentors are, and organizing activities that freshmen fellows and their mentors actively participate. Making sure all fellows are in good communication.

Conducting major recruiting efforts such as ASU & TF Open Houses, Teacher Cadet Day in October.
